Some of you knew the Kiwi when he lived here. Here he is in the above pic pulling a line at Uluwatu in 1979 and below he's back there some 30 years later none the worse for wear after a lifetime chasing waves.
Just for your stoke level he is riding a 6'7"X18.5X2.25 after giving up his beloved longboards. Bloody oath, who woulda thunk it?

"Ed The Waxer"... classic story. Chain smoking, attached to a Pepsi bottle occasionally getting out of the Subarau to take a leak(in public) and then back into the Subie.
All the while Kiwi is surfing away and when he gets in promising Ed a corn dog lunch if he behaves himself!
